Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 27th April 2026

1. Our Commitment

We are committed to making our services as accessible, inclusive, and supportive as possible. Our aim is to provide a safe, welcoming space for all clients, regardless of ability, health condition, or individual needs.

2. Accessibility of Our Services

Our TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) and reiki are designed to be flexible and client-led.

We aim to:

  • Adapt sessions to suit your physical, emotional, and sensory needs

  • Work at a pace that feels safe and comfortable for you

  • Provide clear guidance and options throughout each session

  • Encourage open communication so your needs are fully supported

If you have specific requirements, please feel free to get in touch before your appointment so we can discuss how best to accommodate you.

3. Location & Physical Accessibility

Sessions take place at a private, home-based clinic in Manchester.

As this is a residential setting, accessibility may be more limited than in a commercial clinic:

  • Step-free access: No – There are two steps up at the front of the property.

  • Stairs: The treatment room is on the ground floor.

  • Accessible toilet facilities: The toilets are on the ground floor.

  • Parking: There is on street parking

  • Public transport: The clinic is accessible via the 86 bus and Firswood Tram.

If you have mobility needs or require assistance, please contact us in advance. We will always do our best to support you or discuss alternative options where possible.

4. Online Accessibility

Online and remote sessions are both available for TRE and reiki.

These are designed to be accessible by:

  • Using clear, simple communication

  • Allowing flexibility in how sessions are delivered (e.g. video or phone)

  • Supporting access across different devices

If you have specific communication preferences, please let us know.

5. Sensory and Emotional Considerations

We understand that environment plays an important role in your experience. We aim to provide:

  • A calm, quiet, low-stimulation space

  • Adjustable lighting where possible

  • A trauma-informed, respectful approach

  • Sessions that prioritise your comfort, consent, and boundaries

6. Ongoing Improvements

We are committed to continually improving accessibility. Your feedback is always welcome and helps us make our services more inclusive.
