1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Rebecca Chow - Regulation and Reiki, including TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) and reiki offered from a home-based clinic.
By booking a session, you agree to this policy.
2. General Policy
Due to the nature of time-based, personalised services, all session fees are non-refundable once the session has taken place.
Therapy outcomes can vary from person to person, and refunds are not provided based on dissatisfaction with results.
3. Cancellations and Refunds

If for any reason you need to cancel your session, if you give 48 hours (or more) notice you may reschedule your session with no extra charge

Cancellations made with less than the required notice are non-refundable and will not be offered the option to reschedule

Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will result in the session being non-refundable and not rescheduled.
4. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours notice at no additional cost. We will always aim to be flexible where possible, particularly in exceptional circumstances.
5. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened. Refunds or partial refunds will not be issued for reduced session time.
6. Prepaid Sessions

Prepaid sessions are non-refundable once purchased

Sessions may be transferred or rescheduled with appropriate notice

Any unused sessions must be used within 6 months unless otherwise agreed
7. Practitioner Cancellations
If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment:

You will be offered an alternative appointment, or

A full refund will be provided
8. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen situations can arise. Refunds or credits may be considered at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.
